most of our products are either pre-order or in limited quantity. the process of making a certain products would take about a week if they're pre-order items depends on the quantity of the orders, please be patient with us as all products are 100% purely handmade.

♪ please do note that we can not make excate copy of multis.
♪ and they comes with imperfections as well.
♪ we do not do exchange/refund once payment is made.

♪ all currency at in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

♪ all products are wrapped in bubble wrap + brown paper before sending out.

♪ we will not be responsible if the products are lost or damage through mail.

♪ payments are to be made within 48hrs after a confirmation email sent.

♪ payments are not made by then, product would be release to the next customer.

♪ do you do trades?

sorry, not at the moment.

♪ do you ship overseas? as i don't live in Singapore.

sorry, we do not ship overseas at the moment, but we'll do so in the future.

♪ what kind of payment mode do you accept?

we only accept iBanking (DBS/POSB) as well as ATM transfer.

♪ what kind of postage mode do you use?

normal mails at +$0.50 per package and registered article at +$2.00.

no self-collect currently.

♪ can you help me make xxx while i give you the materials for it?

customizations are only open at a certain time of the year, it has to depend on our schedule. about the materials, we'll further discuss about it.

♪ can you make more of that product, i like it alot!

we cannot be sure that we're able to produce more of one particular design, as it all depends on the materials available in our sack. even if we're able to do so, it cant be of excate same design of the very first one. we hope you understand :)
